Kroger wanted to update their Beauty Aisle to become a beauty destination that competes with competitors such as Ulta and Sephora. My team worked closely with the Kroger Merchanding team to brighten that area of the store and bring food to the center, something that sets Kroger apart and is the center of everything they do. This was first tested in a new Atlanta store and upon its success (+25% in sales) is currently being expanded to new and remodeled stores.

Responsible for leading a team of designers and copywriters from concept to actually installing the signage in-store. As part of this effort I led communication between Marketing, Merchanding and Creative teams along with Executives.
